Proposal to Incorporate Material by Reference

Pursuant to Part Three Clause 34(2)(c) of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Southland Regional Council (Environment Southland) gives public notice that material which is proposed to be incorporated by reference as part of the Proposed Southland Water and Land Plan is available via:

• public inspection - copies of the referenced material are available for public inspection during working hours (8.00 am to 5.00 pm), until Thursday, 2 June 2016, at the offices of Environment Southland at corner North Road and Price Street, Waikiwi, Invercargill.
• electronic version - can be provided by phoning Environment Southland's offices on (03) 211 5115 or toll free within Southland 0800 76 88 45.

Comments on the proposal to incorporate the proposed material by reference may be made in writing by any person.

The closing date for comments to be made is 5.00 pm on Thursday, 2 June 2016. Please email comments to: policy@es.govt.nz.
