Proposed Southland Water and Land Plan

Southland Regional Council (Environment Southland) has made decisions on the provisions and submissions on the Proposed Southland Water and Land Plan. The Plan is amended in accordance with the decisions from 4 April 2018.

Any person who made a submission on the Plan may appeal the Council's decision to the Environment Court. Any appeal to the Environment Court must be in the prescribed form and lodged with the Environment Court within 30 working days after receiving notification of the decisions on the provisions and submissions.
