The application [reference APP-20211740] is for the following resource consents to authorise proposed activities at 149 McKenzie Road, Lochiel:
Discharge Permit to discharge dairy shed and calving pad effluent to land from up to 1000 cows by low rate pods and slurry tanker.
Water Permit to take up to 120,000 litres per day of groundwater from a bore in the Lower Oreti and Makarewa Groundwater Zones.
Land Use Consent to use land for three feed pads.
Land Use Consent to increase the area of the dairy farm by 61.5ha.
