Expressions of interest
Environment Southland is responsible under the Resource Management Act for looking after the region's natural and physical resources. Our Consents Division is fundamental to achieving this goal. Occasionally we require the support of third party suppliers to deliver our work programme of consent processing and advice to prospective applicants.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from suppliers/consultants who are interested in processing resource consent applications to use Southland's air, water, land and coastal resources.
In the expression of interest you may wish to demonstrate your organisation's knowledge, experience and capability in:
- processing or making resource consent applications
- assessing environmental effects of land use, discharges and coastal activities
- applying and implementing resource management plans
- providing first-rate customer service
- technical writing
- meeting deadlines
- working collaboratively
Interested parties should send their expressions of interest demonstrating how they meet these criteria to the Consents Manager, Environment Southland, cnr Price Street and North Rd, Private Bag, Invercargill 9840 by 5.00 pm on 30 April 2018.
