Environment Southland has revised its Progressive Implementation Programme, in line with the requirements of the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management 2014 (amended 2017) (NPS-FM).
The programme outlines how Environment Southland will fully implement the NPS-FM by establishing freshwater objectives and setting limits by 31 December 2025.
