Environment Court hearing wraps up
The formal Environment Court hearing process wraps up early this week on the proposed Southland Water and Land Plan. Judge Borthwick, two commissioners (Mrs Paine and Mrs Bartlett) and a special advisor (Russell Howie) have been presiding over Part A of the hearing which began at the start of June. Part B is likely to be heard by the Court next year.
