On 26 September, our website www.es.govt.nz received an upgrade.
Why have you upgraded?
- The upgrade means our website will be faster and more user friendly.
- Our old website ran on an old platform of Sharepoint that’s no longer supported by our website provider.
What do I need to know?
- As well as the look of the website, the site structure has changed.
- This means any links to our website that worked before, will no longer work.
- You may have to update bookmarks or shortcuts to our website.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with the website:
- Firstly, try a hard refresh of the website. Holding down the CTRL key, press F5 whilst on the website. This forces the browser to get the current version of the website from the server.
- Should the above fail, you may need to clear your temporary internet files from within your browser. This is done differently depending on your browser.
- Check your Security settings.
- Upgrade or install a different browser.
