Resource consent application - Gravity Fishing Limited
Public notice
Environment Southland has received an application from Gravity Fishing Limited for resource consent.
The application (reference APP-20221926) is for the following activities within the Fiordland Coastal Marine Area between Yates Point and Tamatea/Dusky Sound:
To undertake commercial surface water activities in the form of overnight charter fishing trips within the Fiordland Coastal Marine Area between Yates Point and Tamatea/Dusky Sound with:
- one 17 metre vessel;
- one tender vessel;
- a maximum of 7 guests and 1 crew.
- Typical trips will be for 2-4 nights with no more than one trip per week and a maximum up to 126 days per annum.
- Trips are proposed to be undertaken between December and June of each year.
