Notice of Meeting

An emergency meeting of the Organisational Performance & Audit Subcommittee for Instructural Assets was held via Zoom digital link, on Thursday, 11 August 2022, at 9.00 am.

This meeting was called by the Chief Executive, in terms of Standing Orders, and Clause 22A(1), Schedule 7, Local Government Act 2002.

This meeting was held, in public excluded, and discussed:

• Mataura River Stopbank community Engagement and Communications Plan;
• Situation Report on the programme plan for the Mataura River Stopbanks and the Risk Assessment to date;
• Meeting Schedule and Terms of Reference
