RMA Application - Environment Southland's Catchment Operations

Environment Southland has received an application from Environment Southland’s Catchment Operations Division for resource consents.

The application (reference APP-20211135) is for the following activities at Titiroa tidegates, adjacent to Middleton Road South, Fortrose:

• occupy part of the coastal marine area with a tidegate structure;
• occupy part of the coastal marine area with a weir structure;
• dam and divert water.
