RMA Application - Paul Turner Farm Trust

Environment Southland has received an application from Paul Turner representing the Paul Turner Farm Trust, for resource consents.

The application (reference APP-20242761) is for the following activities at 237 Sinclair Road, Opio:

• to increase the area of a dairy farm by 57 hectares and increase the herd by 100 cows;
• the incidental discharge of contaminants from farming activities;
• discharge agricultural effluent to land from 550 cows;
• take and use groundwater for a dairy operation; and
• vary a consent to use land for two self-feeding silage pads.
