Notice of Emergency Meeting of Council

An Emergency meeting of the Southland Regional Council (trading as Environment Southland) will be held in the Council Chamber, Regional House, corner of North Road and Price Street, Waikiwi, Invercargill, on Tuesday, 24 March 2020, at 3.00 pm.

The business to be transacted at this meeting is the establishment of an Emergency Committee of Council and providing it with the necessary delegations, to ensure lawful decision-making of Council can be provided in the event of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic or epidemic establishing in New Zealand.
