Week five
The fifth week of the hearing took place at the Council Chambers at Environment Southland from Monday 14 August until Thursday 17 August 2017. The Panel heard from a range of individual submitters including sheep and beef, dairy, and deer farmers, as well as organisations including the NZ Deer Farmers Association, Balance Agri-nutrients, the Fertiliser Association of NZ, Ravensdown and the Southland Conservation Board.
