Woldwide Four Ltd and Woldwide Five Ltd

On 16 and 20 November 2018 Environment Southland gave public notice of two resource consent applications:

• an application by Woldwide One Limited and Woldwide Two Limited for land use consents, water permits and discharge permits to expand and operate two existing dairy farms in Dunearn; and
• an application by Woldwide Four Limited and Woldwide Five Limited for land use consents to expand and operate two existing dairy farms in Bayswater.

The public notices issued for the resource consent applications incorrectly referred to intensive winter grazing, which was not the activity for which resource consent was sought.

Following discussions with Environment Southland, the applicants have advised that the applications will be withdrawn and fresh applications will be lodged. The new applications will be processed by Environment Southland once received.
