Public notice is hereby given pursuant to S.95A Resource Management Act 1991 that the following application for resource consent has been received by Environment Southland.
The application (reference APP-20171214-01-V2) is to vary Condition (4)(e) of AUTH-20171214-01-V1 to allow retrospectively the invert of a culvert to be placed 240 millimetres above the natural bed level of Hubbers Tributary, located at Waianiwa-Oporo Road.
Purpose: To vary Condition (4)(e) of an existing resource consent authorising the disturbance and placement of a structure on the bed of a watercourse.
Location: Stream passing beneath Waianiwa Oporo Road at or about NZTM 2000 1234746E 4862133N, known as Hubbers Tributary.
Legal description: Road reserve South of Lot 1 DP 10730
